Terms of sale
These apply to a subscription bought directly on setr.app.

Use of the app is governed by the terms of use. These terms cover the sale only.
1. Seller

2. Scope
These terms govern the sale of the SETR Premium subscription concluded on setr.app between the seller and a consumer.
Subscription bought in an app store: if you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, the seller is Apple or Google, not us. Their terms apply, and billing, refunds and cancellation all happen there.
3. What the subscription includes
SETR Premium unlocks every feature of the app: the 3,215 documented exercises, the programs, the guided workout set by set, the rest timer, automatic weight adjustment and sync across devices. The subscription is personal and non-transferable.
Features may change. No substantial feature will be removed during a period you have already paid for without you being told and being able to cancel.
4. Price

Prices in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (small-business VAT exemption): the amount shown is the amount charged.
Prices may change. A change never applies to a period already paid for: you are told at least 30 days before the renewal concerned, and you can cancel before then.
5. Free trial
The subscription starts with a 14-day free trial, for accounts that have not already used one. Nothing is charged during the trial.
At the end of the 14 days the subscription begins and the first payment is taken,unless you cancelled first. A reminder email is sent before the trial ends.
6. Order and payment
Ordering requires a SETR account. The contract is formed when payment is accepted; you then receive a confirmation by email.
Payment is processed by Stripe as payment service provider; the seller remains the publisher of SETR identified in section 1. No card details pass through or are stored by SETR. Accepted methods: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, depending on your country.
7. Duration, renewal and cancellation
The subscription runs for the period chosen and renews automatically for the same length unless cancelled.
You may cancel at any time, in one click, from the management link in every email we send you (confirmation, renewal) or, failing that, by writing to contact@setr.app, without reason and without charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep access until then, and nothing is taken afterwards.
Under article L.215-1 of the French Consumer Code, you are informed by email of your right not to renew, at the latest one month before the cancellation deadline for a yearly plan.
8. Right of withdrawal
You have, in principle, 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason (art. L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
Exception for digital content. By requesting immediate access to the app, you expressly request performance of the contract before the withdrawal period ends and you expressly waive that right once performance is complete (art. L.221-28, 13°). Both statements are shown to you and must be accepted when ordering.
In practice this takes nothing from you: the 14-day free trial gives you exactly the same time to decide, without having paid anything.
If you did not request immediate access, you may withdraw within 14 days by writing to contact@setr.app. Refunds are made within 14 days, by the same payment method.
9. Availability
We undertake a best-efforts obligation regarding availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or because of a third party (host, app store, payment provider). A prolonged outage attributable to us gives you the right, on request, to a proportionate extension of your subscription.

10. Personal data
How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account and all your data from the app or from this page. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription bought in a store: that is done at Apple or Google.
11. Complaints and mediation
For any complaint, write first to contact@setr.app. We reply within 48 working hours.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. As a consumer you keep the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the court of your place of domicile.
