Three calculators that genuinely help in the gym. Free, no sign-up, and they keep working offline once the page is open.
One-rep max calculator
Estimate your maximum from an ordinary working set, without ever attempting a record. Accounts for reps in reserve, which almost every calculator ignores.
Barbell plate calculator
Your target weight, your bar, the plates your gym actually owns: the exact loading per side, and the real total when the number will not come out evenly.
Rest times between sets
How long to wait by goal and exercise type, why short rests do not build more muscle, and a timer to try it.
Why these three
Because they are the three calculations you redo constantly in the gym, and the three people get wrong most often: forgetting the bar, underestimating your max by ignoring what you left in the tank, and going again too soon because nothing is timing you.
They are deliberately complete and free. If you find yourself opening them every session, that is precisely the sign you would be better served by an app doing them for you, at the right moment, without you having to think about it.
